Approving Recognitions- App

Hello Friends! I have been conducting some focus groups with our leaders on what has and has not been working with Awardco for them. One people brought up a concern with the App. By having it so accessible, there's a worry about inappropriate recognitions being given or if a terminated employee jumps on their phone and starts "recognizing" in a negative way trashing other employees. Essentially creating the opposite environment we are wanting. Will there be a way to approve recognitions by General managers before they're posted on the feed? We don't want to censor, just make sure things are
