Hello Friends! I have been conducting some focus groups with our leaders on what has and has not been working with Awardco for them. One people brought up a concern with the App. By having it so accessible, there's a worry about inappropriate recognitions being given or if a terminated employee jumps on their phone and starts "recognizing" in a negative way trashing other employees. Essentially creating the opposite environment we are wanting. Will there be a way to approve recognitions by General managers before they're posted on the feed? We don't want to censor, just make sure things are positive and kind. If not, any ideas on how to prevent it from being used incorrectly? Thank you!
