Staff in a couple of locations seem to be taking advantage of our program
I learned a while back that a couple of our locations were "making sure" all staff there got all of the recognitions for each of our core values. Many of the recognitions were obviously fluff and not real demonstrations of an act or behavior. BTW - with our program, if you receive at least one rec for each of our 5 core values, you get a 125 pt bonus and you're eligible for our grand prize of $2500. While on one hand, I love to see recognitions come thru, on the other hand I feel a responsibility
