As it states, I'm curious what other admin are doing in their platforms in regard to using the printing recognition as certificates feature. This is separate from the service awards memory book/service award letters but am hoping to learn more about others experiences with this feature and if there's any best practices that you can share.
For context, one of the challenges we're discussing as an admin internal team is the way to go about making updates to our current certificate template. Because you can only set one standard certificate for this feature, it's become challenging in identifying the right approach to editing that can be used broadly across all recognition programs.
