We launched Awardco on 1/1/25 and are really enjoying the platform! I've noticed as we've begun to create new e-mail templates that there's no option to send immediately as an Admin user. We have to schedule these at the top of the hour. In our case, we had to make a change and wait another hour before we could send the next test. As we had a second update to the recognition button, it took us at least three hours before we could finalize the testing of the template. I'm sure there's a better process; please share your thoughts!
