Sometimes a funding request invoice will come with a report to show what the invoice is billing for, but it’s always good to have a quick guide to refer back to. This week, we’re clarifying the different types of invoices you might receive from us and what they cover.
Here’s a breakdown of the four main types of invoices you may see:
1. Funding Request Invoice
This invoice is a recommendation for funds needed to keep your Redemption Account healthy. Think of it as a friendly reminder to top up your account so your employees' redemptions are never delayed! This invoice helps you maintain a positive balance for uninterrupted employee redemptions.
2. Subscription Invoice
This invoice is for your annual software license and is a required payment to continue using Awardco’s services. It’s typically sent at the start of your contract and again annually at the time of renewal.
3. Professional Services Invoice
If your organization utilizes the expert guidance of an Awardco Technical Account Manager, this invoice will cover the charges for their services.
4. Corporate Gifting Invoice
Applicable only if your organization has Awardco handle branded physical items, this invoice covers the cost of those products. It is sent after the items have been shipped.
How to Pay Your Invoices
You'll find all the necessary remittance information on any invoice you receive. To ensure your payment is applied correctly and without delay, please include remittance advice when submitting funds. We accept several payment methods, including ACH, Wire Transfer, and Check. For Funding Request Invoices, you can also use a credit card via the Billing Page on the platform.
