Team Members using SSO

We have some team members in awardco with the "username" field that are missing, and we would like to do a mass upload, so we don't have to do it one by one is this possible?

Hi @lmatier - Yes, this is definitely possible! You can easily update the missing usernames for your team members using the Bulk User Upload tool in Awardco. This allows you to update hundreds or thousands of users at once, saving you significant time. Follow these steps below:

1.Prepare the User File

* Go to the Awardco Admin portal (Enter Admin).
* Select Users > User Management > Bulk User Upload.
* Click Download under Active Users to get your current user file. This ensures your file structure matches the platform's requirements.
* Open the downloaded .csv file. Locate the column with the header Username and fill in the missing username values for your team members.* Header Check: Ensure the column header is exactly Username.

2. Configure Upload Settings

Before uploading, confirm that the system will accept the new data for the previously blank fields.

* On the Bulk User Upload page, review the File Configuration Settings.
* Toggle Override Existing Data to On. This is crucial because it allows your file to write new data (the username) where it was previously blank or missing.

3. Upload and Finalize

* Upload: Drag and drop or browse to upload your modified .csv file onto the page.
* Preview: Click Preview & Upload. Review the list of users on the Updated tab to confirm the system recognizes the username changes you made.
* Confirm: Click Finish & Upload. The system will process the file and update the missing usernames.
