Want to stay ahead of the curve on Awardco product updates, best practices, or specific discussion threads you’re interested in? Don’t just check back periodically—let the community come to you! 🔔
Why Follow?
The Awardco Admin Community is growing fast. By "Following" specific categories or discussions, you ensure that you are the first to know when:
- A new Product Update is announced.
- An expert answers a question in a thread you're curious about.
- A fellow Admin shares a game-changing Playbook or template.
How to Customize Your Experience
1. Follow an Entire Category: If you want to stay updated on everything happening in a specific area (like Announcements, Product Discovery, or Get Answers), go to that Category page and click the Follow button (bell icon).
💡 Pro Tip: You can choose to receive a pop-up notification in the community, an email, or both!
2. Set Your Notification Preferences: Avoid "inbox fatigue" by being selective. Head to your Profile > Account & Privacy Settings > Notification Preferences to choose how often you want to hear from us:
- Bell Icon: Check this to receive near-real-time pop-ups directly in the community.
- Email Icon: Check this to have updates sent to your personal inbox.
- Note: This sends an email for every new post/comment, so we recommend this for categories you are heavily invested in!
💡 Pro Tip: If you aren't seeing your updates, check your Spam folder and mark the community as a "Safe Sender."
3. Want Weekly Updates Instead? At the bottom of the notification page, toggle the "Send me the email digest" box. You can then decide how often to receive the summary: daily, weekly, or monthly.
Managing Your Content
You can view everything you’re currently following by visiting your profile and clicking on Followed Content. From here, you can easily unfollow topics that are no longer relevant to your current projects.
