We have a company merchandise store as one of our award options. Currently the employees must have a balance of points to make a purchase. If they have a point balance and their item cost exceeds their points, they can use a personal credit card to purchase additional points and still purchase the item. If they don't have a point balance, they aren't given an option to purchase points. Is there a system setting that we can update to allow employees to purchase points for items even though they don't currently carry a balance?
