A lot of login questions come down to one thing: not everyone realizes there are a few different ways users can access Awardco. Awardco supports three login methods: standard login, SSO, and login with code. Knowing how each one works can help you choose the best fit for your program, prevent avoidable login issues, and know where to look first when something goes wrong.
Step 1: Standard Login
Standard login is the classic Awardco-managed option. Users sign in with credentials stored in Awardco, and admins can allow standard login alongside SSO if they want both options available.
