We are a US-based insurance company with approx 6,500 employees, including a lot of first-line support staff as well as professional and executive levels. Many of our managers regularly use our Awardco recognition platform to provide holiday gifts to their employees. While we let the managers decide the amount to give, we have generally provided corporate guidance on the amount.
