How to increase line level team members to submit recognitions?

We are in the hotel and restaurant world so our line level team members are not at a computer. Everyone receives a reminder email to submit recognitions, flyer posted in breakrooms, in our quarterly newsletter and on our breakroom digital boards to help remind people to recognize others. Most of our recognitions come from supervisor level and up but I would love to increase peer to peer.

Any suggestions on how to increase peer to peer recognitions?
