What are creative ways that you have found to organically grow the engagement in the platform?

We are seeing a slowing trend of using the platform and I want to pump some life into the program. My budget is low in what I can distribute, but I want to get people on the platform and engaging with one another. I"m looking for anything fun and engaging, but also with a low budget.
