How to Update Your Profile

Your profile communicates a little bit of who you are to others within our community. Keeping it updated ensures that you get the most out of your experience here, helps others learn more about you, helps us tailor our communications to your needs, and ensure your account details are up-to-date and secure. Follow these simple steps to update your profile:

1. Click on your profile picture or avatar located at the top right corner of the screen.
2. From the dropdown menu, select "Account & Privacy Settings."
3. Select "Edit Profile Fields."
4. Update Your Information:
   1. Username
   2. Email
   3. Password
   4. Privacy Settings: We recommend displaying your profile publicly.
5. Next, click on the "Edit Profile Fields" tab on the right-hand side of the page.
6. Update Your Information:
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name: This information is private and will not be shared with others.
   3. Company
   4. Industry
   5. Title
   6. Eligibility for Monetary Awards: This information is private and will not be shared with others.
   7. If yes, what is the maximum monetary reward you are eligible to receive from Awardco, according to your organization’s policies?: Select a monetary amount and N/A if you are unable to receive monetary awards. This information is private and hidden from public view.
   8. How would you like to support Awardco as an advocate?: Select all the ways you'd be willing to show your advocacy. This information is private and hidden from public view.
   9. Are you willing to participate in product testing? If you select 'yes' from the dropdown menu you will gain access to a 'Product Testing' category where Awardco product leaders will solicit members to beta test product features.

7. Next, select the "Change My Picture".
8. Upload a photo of yourself (2MB max file size.)
