Presenting Recognitions

Question

Hi! We had a campaign last week for Employee Appreciation Week. It went very well and we would like to showcase the recognitions so employees can view them all together. Is the only option an excel export out of Awardco? Has anyone provided employees with the ability to review recognitions from a specific campaign?

Also with the success of this campaign, we would like to have more throughout the year, so any ideas that have worked for you all would be great to hear!

Hi Tori, each recognition will have a unique URL, depending on your way of sharing information with your organisation (we make use of Microsoft Sharepoint built into a global/regional/local workspace), you could showcase the employees and provide the link so your fellow employees can go directly to the recognition in the Awardco platform and interact with it.

Regarding days that you could consider to drive engagement, we have/do the following:

* Employee Appreciation Day (March) - run as a 48 hr focus with the use of Hashtags & bespoke images, we focus communication internally with our managers to drive this engagement activity but make it available to all our employees within the platform.
* National High Five Day (April) - a fun way to boost engagement using hashtags & bespoke images, this year we are encouraging our employees to write funny high 5's using the AI recognition assistant "Write a recognition for Jen in the style of a rap battle…"
* Summer support campaign (August) - providing bespoke images in the library for employees to thank those who have stepped in or provided cover for annual leave
* Company specific annual recognition day (September) - we have a dedicated date every year where the focus is on recognition, we have internal communications ahead of the day, send a private recognition from the CEO and make use of hashtags & bespoke images
* Internal fitness/wellness challenges (October/November) - teammates partaking get recognitions for achieving challenges, we might set challenges that involve employees sending recognitions to each other linked to wellness, we run raffles that see random  groups win points and then challenge winners receive points too.
* Giving Tuesday (November/December) - we choose themes to focus on each year, as an example last year it weas a focus on our employees giving their time and knowledge, and we then tailor our recognition to this.
* End of year leadership recognitions - we reach out to our leaders and offer them the option to have the admin team bulk recognise their downlines/divisions/countries etc. with a unique to them festive themed image, this is an opportunity for leadership to thank their employees for their hardwork during the year and wish them well for the festive period. We find this naturtally drives our mid-level managers to then create their own downline recognitions and we see a good uplift in end of year engagement with the platform.

We also work with our employee resource groups depending on their focus' for the year for example our women's ERG like to focus on International Women's Day (March) - this normally coincides with the the employee appreciation day campaign, to combat this we have a longer focus period of a 2-4 weeks, again utilising hashtags & bespoke images.

We support our resource groups with making badges and images available in the platform for use throughout the year.
