Hi - we are adding 1-2 people to help manage the backend logistics and admin of our AwardCo program. I am looking for online setup tutorials that include videos or screenshots for users to walk through to learn and troubleshoot at their own pace.
Does AwardCo offer a resource library for new admin users - not employees using/earning points?
If the program owner is on PTO and someone else is stepping in to manage the program, what resources are available for that person?
