Want to give managers instant insights into how their teams are using the platform? With Role-Based Dashboards, managers can:
- Track who’s logging in, recognizing peers, and redeeming points.
- Identify top performers and even open a recognition for them directly from the dashboard.
To set up these tailored views to track key metrics:
- Go to the Admin portal, select Settings, then click Dashboards under the Insights section.
- Add a dashboard by clicking +Add Dashboard and choose a template.
- Monetary Manager
- Non-Monetary Manager
- Assign it to the relevant roles—like team managers—so they can track login activity, recognitions, and redemptions.
To view and Use Dashboards:
- Go to the Admin portal.
- Click My Dashboards to view data tailored to your role.
- Set your favorite dashboard as default for easy access!
