As a Super Admin, you can view all upcoming Service Anniversaries, Birthdays, and Onboarding recognitions in the Queues tab. Checking this tab periodically helps ensure the automation is running smoothly. Here’s how to access and use the Queues tab:To View the Queues Tab:
- Click Admin on your homepage to open the admin portal.
- Select the Queues tab.
The Queues tab offers three main views:
- Pending: Displays all awards pending delivery. Click the caret symbol next to any award to view its notification template and scheduled send date.
- Completed: Lists all awards that have been successfully sent.
- Errors: Shows awards that weren’t sent due to various issues, with a notice specifying the error on each affected item.

Delegate Queues Monitoring to Managers Managing recognition for hundreds or thousands of employees can be time-consuming. Consider delegating the responsibility of monitoring the Queues tab to managers. With access, they can proactively celebrate their team members’ milestones, helping you stay focused on other priorities.
To Grant Managers Access to the Queues Tab:
- Go to the admin portal by clicking Admin on your homepage.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Click the stacked dots icon next to the relevant manager role and choose Edit.
- Click Next.
- In the Data Visibility section, select Direct Reports if you want managers to view queue information for their direct reports only. Click Next.
- Check Bulk Recognition to allow access to the Queues tab. Click Save and Apply.
