Does your recognition feed feel like a wall of text? Make employee recognitions more engaging by adding images! The Awardco Image Library lets employees personalize their recognition messages by attaching relevant images, making each message more meaningful and memorable.
Why Use Images?
Adding visuals to recognitions can enhance the impact of each message, making it more enjoyable for employees to view and receive recognitions across the organization. Visuals also make acknowledgments more resonant and impactful.
How to Make Images Available for Selection:
- Open the Admin Portal: Click Admin on your homepage to access the portal.
- Access the Image Library:
- Select the Settings tab.
- Click Image Library on the left side of the page.
- Upload Images:
- Add images by dragging them to the upload area or selecting the option to upload.
- Resize as needed, then select Upload.
- Organize with Categories:
- Find your uploaded image and select Add a Category to organize images by category. This allows for easy selection for different recognition programs.
- Enable Images in Recognition Programs:
- In the portal, click Recognition Programs on the left.
- Choose the program where you want to allow image selection.
- Add Image Selection to Recognitions:
- Go to the Questions tab, click Add Question, and select the Media question type.
- Enter a prompt like "Select an Image," then toggle Allow User to Select Images from Image Library to on.
- Choose your image category and click Save.
And that’s it! Now, your employees can make their recognitions personal, adding a visually pleasing and engaging touch to the feed.
