Plans for Employee Appreciation Day/Week/Month
Our company is trying out a new "Employee Appreciation Week" leading up to Employee Appreciation Day and branding it as "Recognition Week" and utilizing the Awardco platform to host a daily recognition theme (listed below) to encourage peer-to-peer recognition. Are any other companies doing anything similar or have any ideas they are willing to share they have found success with?
Our recognition themes:
Mon: Mentor Monday – recognize a coworker who has been an informal or formal mentor to you
Tues: Teamwork Tuesday – recognize your teammates who inspire others to embrace the magic of teamwork
Wed: Winning Wednesday - recognize the achievements, big or small, that make a difference in your teams by recognizing team successes, or colleagues’ milestones from recent weeks. Celebrate the “wins” that contribute to growth, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
