Recognition Suggestions

Hello! I am planning to propose some ideas to my company's VP to utilize Awardco's services better. Currently, we have only used it to distribute monthly anniversary awards automatically, as well as the codes for our monthly recognition program, where two team members at most obtain a $25 code. (One of my propositions will be to increase this amount.)

Our current recognition program is outdated, where we still use physical cards for TMs to nominate one another for various reasons, but every month it's becoming the same couple dozen or so of people. I was reading about the option of adding Awardco into Outlook & Teams, and I'm interested in knowing any feedback about this option (although I think I remember reading that the one for Teams was still in beta). If you've used it, how easy was it for the employees to transition to it? Did it increase employee engagement?
