What it does: Pinning allows admins to highlight specific recognitions in a scrolling carousel at the top of the recognition feed (and even on the homepage via the widget editor!). It's a fantastic way to showcase exemplary interactions and boost morale.
Quick Steps for Admins:
- Enable it: Find the Pinned Recognitions settings at the bottom of your Feed Settings page.
- Customize: Set your widget title, default pin duration, and how you want the pinned recognitions to order (by pin date or randomly).
