I currently use AwardCo to reward my part time employees for perfect attendance. It has motivated staff and reduced the absence rate of the department. We went from at 18% absence rate to now a 7% absence rate in a year.
- $10 per perfect month.
- Increases with consecutive months:
- 2 months = $20
- 3 months = $30
- etc.
Eligibility Guidelines:
- No tardies or missed punches
- Must complete all scheduled shifts
- Available at least 4 of 7 days weekly
- Cannot request off more than 40% of the month’s events
- No call-offs or no-shows
