While Awardco's Service Award Automation is a game-changer for celebrating anniversaries, what happens if an award gets missed or needs a one-off adjustment? Don't worry, you can easily queue up individual service awards manually!
This quick tip will show you how to ensure no anniversary goes uncelebrated, even if it falls outside your automation rules.
Why Manually Queue Service Awards?
- Missed Automation: If an employee was added to your system late, or a specific anniversary didn't trigger through automation.
- One-Off Adjustments: You need to send a service award with a unique message, different points, or from a specific sender that deviates from your automated rules.
- Historical Awards: To recognize an employee for a past service year that was not previously awarded.
Quick Steps to Manually Queue a Service Award:
- Navigate to Bulk Recognition Builder:
- Log in to your admin portal.
- Click "Admin" in the top-right corner, then select "Queues" from the left-hand menu.
- Click "Bulk Recognition Builder" at the top of the page.
- Select Service Award:
- On the Bulk Recognition Builder page, locate the "Create and Schedule Service Awards" section.
- Click the "Service Award" button.
