Ever needed to make a quick adjustment to a user’s point balance?

✅ Adding Points
There are two main ways to add points to a user’s wallet:
Send a Recognition
The easiest way is simply to send a recognition from the platform and assign the point value of your choice.
Use the Bulk Recognition Builder Tool
Do you need to award points to multiple users simultaneously? Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the Queues tab in your admin view
- Click Bulk Recognition Builder (upper right corner)
- Select Spot Recognitions
- Fill out the prompts → click Next to review → hit Send It to complete!
❌ Removing Points
If you need to take points back (mistakes happen!), you’ve got options:
Delete the Original Recognition
When a recognition is deleted, the points automatically return to the original budget. Here’s how:
- Go to the Feed tab
- Locate the recognition post
- Click the three dots (top right corner)
- Select Delete Recognition
Need to Remove Points in Bulk?
Ask us about enabling the Point Expiration feature. This is great for cleaning up unused or time-sensitive point balances across multiple users.
