For context, we currently have a non-monetary peer-to-peer program and a monetary manager shout out program. We are looking to add a new recognition program where employees are nominated by the peers for exemplifying one of the core values. On a quarterly basis, we'll have 3 winners selected that will receive cash to spend on the platform. If anyone has any tips on refining the submission criteria for this type of program as well as criteria for selecting winners, that would be helpful!
