- Instant Access: Employees can log in securely in seconds using Biometric Login (Face ID/Touch ID) after their first sign-in.

Get Early Access & Go Live! β
The mobile app is enabled at the company level. If your organization is on Awardco 2.0 and hosted on US-based servers, you can get early access right away!
To enable the app for your organization:
- Reach out to your dedicated CSM or TCSM to request mobile app early access.
- Once your organization has been enabled, log in and navigate to Admin β Platform Settings β Advanced Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom, find Mobile App Access, and toggle the setting to "On."
- Click Save Changes.
Join the Early Access Community Group
Once you've enabled the app, we invite you to join the dedicated community group to ask questions, share feedback, and connect with others using the app.
How to join the group:
- Update Your Profile: Go to your Community Profile and opt in to the "Yes, I'd love to join the Product Discovery group" preference.
