1. Who is recognizing and how are our programs being used? 📈
This is the most common question we receive—you need to understand employee engagement and program utilization.

Who is giving recognition and to whom? | Recognition Details | Provides a detailed, line-by-line breakdown of every recognition, including the nominator, recipient, amount, and budget source. |
Are we maximizing our recognition programs? | Recognition Program Utilization and Recognition Limit Utilization | Gives you an overview of current program usage versus established limits, helping you monitor and manage your spend rules. |
2. What is inspiring my invoice, and how is the budget being spent? 💰
These reports are your go-to when working with your finance or accounting team to reconcile invoices or monitor budget spend.

How much is left in a specific pool of money? | Point Budgets | Provides a clear report on budget utilization, comparing funds available versus funds awarded across all your budgets. |
Where are my funds going (e.g., specific departments)? | Cost Center Distribution | Helps you determine the distribution of funds for each cost center in your platform, including taxable and non-taxable amounts. |
⭐ Pro Tip: Troubleshooting Report Errors
Even with the right report, you can sometimes run into issues. The single biggest reason for "missing" or "incomplete" data is typically an issue with your filters!
- Check Your Dates & Filters! The most common mistake is an incorrect date range or a filter applied to a team, program, or user. Always double-check the date range is wide enough to capture all activity.
- Search, Don't Click! With dozens of reports available, the fastest way to find the one you need is to use the Report Search Bar and type keywords like "budget," "recognition," or "redeemed."
