What’s New?
Instead of starting a live chat for every question, you can now use a streamlined support ticket to submit your request directly to our Technical Client Success (TCSM) team. The form asks for the right details up front so we can:
- 🚀 Fast-track your request to the right person.
- 📉 Eliminate unnecessary back-and-forth emails or chats.
- ✅ Provide complete answers in our very first reponse.
How to Open a Ticket:
- Click on the question mark icon, located in the bottom-right corner and select 'Submit a Ticket'
- You’ll be able to pick the option that best matches your need:
- Schedule a Support Call – Live discussion with a support specialist.
- Troubleshooting Request – Bug reports or general questions.
- Check My Work – Second set of eyes on configuration.
- Programs – Add or edit recognition programs.
- Design – Homepage, email, or feed changes.
- Redemptions – Rewards and fulfillment questions.
- Point Allocation – Adjust or review point balances.
- Platform Access – Roles, permissions, login issues.
- User / Platform Data – Data updates or reporting.
What to expect after you submit
- You’ll receive an email from the TCSM team confirming we have reived your ticket, and request for additonal information if needed.
- Our Technical Client Success team will review the details you provided.
- We’ll follow up with a clear next step: an answer, review, additional questions, or confirmation that your request is complete!
