New here :) This might not be the appropriate place but we are looking to rollout memory books with an overhaul of our long-service awards. As a test, I created a manual one for someone on my team who had an anniversary very recently. I noticed a few items that I would like to bring to the dev team for consideration (if others like the ideas).
- we are very fond of gifs, so allowing the commentor to add a gif vs uploading media would be great (using the integration with giphy already available on recognitions should work) - could be a toggle in the memory book setting for admin to enable/disable.
- let the commentor chose their page template and/or use background and slide format
- allow admins to toggle visibility between commentators in the settings, I think it'd nice to see what your colleagues have already commented, just like you would if you were signing a physical/e-greetings card
Any thoughts from those who use memory books as part of their programs already?
