When a manager submits a monetary recognition for an employee in Awardco, it is requiring the manager to select a budget in order to submit.
Prior, when a monetary recognition was submitted, the system would automatically assign which budget it would come out of by looking at the manager submitting the award. Whoever the "giver's" dotted line was, that is the budget the funds would be deducted from.
