Launching a new recognition or Earn program is more than selecting Create Program. A quick review can help prevent missing programs, incorrect eligibility, unexpected approvals, or notification issues before employees begin using it.

Step 1: Confirm The Program Basics
Start by reviewing the program’s purpose, audience, and timing.
- Select Admin at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
- Go to Recognition > Programs.
- Open Recognition Programs or Earn Programs, depending on what you are building.
- Review the program name, description, image, start date, and end date.
- Confirm that the eligibility settings match the employees who should be able to participate.
