With Awardco’s latest facelift to Award Network settings, managing and expanding your employees' reward options is now easier than ever. Here’s how to access and manage your Award Networks:
- Go to Admin in the top-right of your homepage.
- Click Settings, then select Award Networks from the left-hand menu.
- Review your active Award Networks and explore details like the number of active options, points spent, and users engaged.
To add new Award Options:
- Click on an Award Network tile to edit.
- Check out the Award Options tab at the top to explore new offerings like:
- Experiences: Reward your team with unforgettable experiences.
- A-Pay: Enable a Visa card for employees to spend points outside the platform.
- If you don’t see these options, reach out to your Awardco point of contact!
- Once a new option is added, go to the Basic Settings & Options tab in the individual Award Network to include the new award options.
Remember: Expanding the power of choice is a best practice for boosting employee satisfaction. When employees have more options to spend their points, they’re more engaged and excited about your rewards and recognition programs!
