One of the recognition programs we have implemented at Banner is our Service Milestone program. We wanted to go above & beyond for those who have shown loyalty and dedication to the company's Mission, Values, and Purpose.
With the budget savings we incurred by switching over to Awardco (🤗), we decided to award points to milestone recipients starting at the 5 year mark (then at 5 year increments - 10, 15, 20...). Their points can be used toward any of the Awardco Catalogs, including our Swag store items.
These team members also receive a custom lapel pin, certificate, and personalized letter. We worked closely with our Awardco team to ensure the program implementation went smoothly.
This program has been in place for over a year now and it's a huge hit. Our team members have expressed their gratitude for being recognized for these career milestones. They also really enjoy the award selection, with many team members saying how much an improvement it is from what we offered before.
