October 2024 Highlight - Mindy Hobbs

We're excited to kick off our first community member spotlight with our fellow member, Melinda (Mindy) Hobbs. Mindy is a Compensation Analyst at Banner Health and a true powerhouse in managing successful recognition programs. She oversees Banner Health’s recognition initiatives, from automated service awards to manager-to-peer spot recognition. Her leadership has helped Banner achieve an impressive platform login rate of 84.5% and a recognition rate of 90%, with total redemptions increasing by 50% and recognitions rising by 30% since launching Awardco. Thanks to her efforts, employees are thoughtfully recognized for their milestones and contributions to Banner.
