Did you know you can fine-tune your recognition programs in Awardco to control who can nominate and who can be recognized? By customizing program eligibility, you ensure recognitions are meaningful and relevant, while maintaining program efficiency.
Here’s how to get started:
✨ Accessing Program Settings
1️⃣ Log in to Awardco.
2️⃣ Navigate to the Admin portal, click the Settings tab, and select Recognition Programs.
3️⃣ Click the program you’d like to configure and open the Rules tab.
🎯 Eligibility Settings
Nominator Eligibility: Decide which users can submit recognitions. Options include:
- By group
- By metadata tag
- Or even specifying individual users!
Recipient Eligibility: Define who can receive recognitions using similar criteria. Need recognitions tied to shared attributes (like department or location)? Use "Category Same as Nominator" to ensure recipients align with nominators.
🔄 Other Rules You Can Set
- Nomination Limits: Control how often recognitions can occur or the monetary limits for each.
- Global Receiving Limits: Determine how many points users can receive.
- Role-Specific Rules: Target program access for specific roles like managers, part-time employees, or any other employee group.
- Transparency: Display remaining recognition allowances directly on submission forms.
