Using Awardco for perfect attendance
I currently use Awardco to reward my part time employees for perfect attendance. It has motivated staff and reduced the absence rate of the department. We went from at 18% absence rate to now a 7% absence rate in a year. $10 per perfect month. Increases with consecutive months: 2 months = $20 3 months = $30 etc.…

Images for recognitions
New Year - New Me (or should I say new Awardco images). Been working on gathering new images to upload for recognitions. I upload them, yet they come out blurry and not crisp. I have checked the resolution and sizing, still not ideal. Any recommendations for places to get images from(adobe, getty, ect.) Anything helps!

Possible Integration
Hi! I would love to set up an integration or program that will give points to supervisors for completing their teams performance evaluations on time. We currently use ADP for distributing/tracking evals. Has anyone done something like this? Would love to hear about it!

PREPAID VISA- Issues! I recommend you don't offer these!!
Anyone else have issues with their prepaid visa from Awardco's catalog? I have two employees that have had countless issues with them and have spent WAY too much time on their issues. Recommend no one offer these. Awardco does not help with any sort of issues with the vendors.
