What is a creative program or platform usage example?

At Brooks we created a temporary non-monetary recognition program open for 2 weeks. We asked employees to recognize others and then show up to the company meeting and find the recognitions featured on the big screen. It was a fun way to publicly share all the great work going on 🙂

I would love to hear about other creative program executions that other Admins have had success with.
